The Systemic Approach
People behave according to the social systems in which they find themselves. The construction of reality by the individual plays a decisive role, which is essentially based on their views and beliefs. The behavior is therefore to be understood as a reaction to the behavior of other individuals, whereby so-called interaction patterns arise in the social system.
The coaching approaches the interaction on the different levels in these systems and uses elements and methods from system theory, humanistic psychology and Gestalt therapy, among others, to create alternative behavior patterns.
The focus is on empowering the client to achieve self-efficacy during changes.
A more conscious perception and self-reflection, the identification of one's own strengths, the exploration of one's own limits and the activation of resources support the initiation of new thought processes and the exploration of areas for creation and options for action.

About Me
I completed my training and certification as a Systemic Coach at the artop Institute at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
Among others, I am a member of the German Federal Coaching Association (DBVC e.V.), which promotes quality standards and professionalism in business coaching.
Because of my professional background in People & Organization (HR) in companies of the digital industry (agencies, consultancies, start-ups) in different growth phases and in an international context, I know the challenges of employees and leaders in organizations very well. With my great interest in people, their life paths, plans and talents, as well as empathy and compassion, I can take a holistic perspective when working with my clients, because a change process, no matter of what kind, rarely affects only one area of one's life.
Topics I currently engage with in particular: Change in the World of Work/Future of Work, New Forms of Collaboration, Self-Management, Mindfulness, Strengths-Orientation, Development of Potentials, Digital Transformation/Tech & Tools, Collective Responsibility, Sustainability, Circular Economy.
I live and work in Potsdam & Berlin.
